Grad Student Looking for Sublease July-Sep (Nashville (near Vandy))
Hi! I am a 24 grad student currently getting my doctorate in physical therapy at Washington U. in St. Louis. I will be moving to Nashville at the end of June/early July through mid-September to do a clinical at Vanderbilt.
Because I am only moving for this short amount of time, I will need a **furnished** room (really I just need a bed and I'm happy!). Ideally, I would like to keep my commute to less than 20 minutes and the rent under $800, including utilities, etc. I am looking for roommates who are between **21-early 30s**, as I will be new to the area and would like to meet some people around my age. I am laid back, clean, and responsible. I usually work out in the AM and will be working 8-5 every day. With that said, I am a social person and like to go out on the weekends (obviously within reason).
