There is a pretty awesome art space (that can double as a storage space), and earlier in our lease we held a few house-shows so musicians are welcome!

There is a combination washer/dryer in-house. The room is not furnished, but if you are not able to provide a bed for yourself, we can move the living room couch into your room (not perfect, but it's an option free of charge!), and we will buy new living room furniture.
