Room available in December. House sits across the street from a park with ball fields and a community center in West Nashville. Super convenient to everything- shopping, restaurants, freeway, marina (rock harbor), 7 miles from Belmont and 5 miles from Vandy. You will have your own large bedroom that has 10 foot tall ceilings and we’ll share a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer for use in the bathroom.
I am an easy-going female willing to live with a male or female. I have a friendly cat so if your allergic this wont work for you. Don’t mind if you have people over from time to time but no huge parties, no drug etc. I have had the same roommate for 3 years (moving out to live with bf) so I think that says I’m pretty easy to live with and this place is affordable.
Your rental will be $350 (water included) plus 50% of utilities (electricity, gas, cable/internet). No Deposit- but need to pay for 1st month at move in.
