I am moving in with my girlfriend and need someone to take my slot over at 1602 16th Ave S Apt 4, Nashville, TN 37212. The place IS right on Music Row downtown, great landlord, great price ($450 monthly plus usually $50 in utilities) and the roommate is really chill and laid back (also, he has a cat). The place obviously isn't huge, but the I will leave my bed there and some other furnishings as needed. I NEED someone to replace me asap!
