My roommate and I just moved into a large house in West Meade, and we're looking to fill one or two of the other bedrooms. The rent is flexible depending on whether we end up with three or four people living here. The house has hardwood floors, a spacious living room and kitchen, four bedrooms, and a large, carpeted common room in the basement. We've got a beautiful patio in the back and a small creek behind the house too. We also have cable and wifi. The house is located near exit 201 off I-40 close to the Nashville West shopping center. My roommate and are pretty laid back and very respectful. I'm a 25-year-old musician and he's a 30-year-old bartender/dancer. We don't have a gender preference with roommates (we've got one guy and one girl in the house so far), we're just looking for someone who's easy to get along with, in their 20s or 30s, and preferably liberal.
