first of all, his name is Scrushy, and My family did a lot of charity work with him.
Scrushy was the head of an HMO, he was one of the rare few in this country that owned enough shares to control the corporation and pay himself whatever. He did some awful things along with the democratic governor of Alabama, Don Siegelman. Scrushy does not represent the whole of CEOs. He solely controlled the board and the company.
Secondly, Healthsouth is an HMO. It was created to provide cheaper care through managing care as a business. Point - don't get HMO coverage.
You are an angry and bitter person. There is no formal debate with an angry person. There is also no formal debate with someone who claims inside knowledge of corporate situations due to the rant from a drunken acquaintance at the local pub. Stop pretending to know things that you obviously don't know.
