The auditions are real.. The people are real.. and the studio is real... empty, that is. It's an independent studio that exists among the other independent studios that plague music row from 800 block and up. If you notice around this area of 17th S, you will see tons of new studios popping up. If you go back at the end of the month, half of them will already be moving out. Could be the case at this place, but not for sure
