Up for sale is a Gibson Les Paul Standard Premium Plus guitar personally owned by Les Paul. Its provenance is documented by Gibson on Gibson Letterhead and the Press Releases below. I acquired it through a fund raising event for the Uniformed Firefighters' Association Widows and Children Fund after the tragic NYC attacks of 9/11. It was given to Peter Ortel, a retired New York City fireman from Rescue 3. He painted the poignant September 11 scenes on the guitar and it was returned to Les Paul to be signed. With his signature intact the guitar was then sent to be displayed in the lobby of Madison Square Garden in New York City for roughly eight months. In December of 2002 the guitar was auctioned on eBay to raise funds for the families of our fallen heroes. It has been played...but...sparingly and with kid gloves. Mint / Near Mint + Condition. Serial number 02441***. Having it displayed has brought me, my family, and our friends a great since of pride in our Country, and our Citizens.

It comes complete with:

A letter of provenance stating Les Paul's personal ownership of this guitar from Gibson.

Great Maple Drum Kit (Decherd) $450

I am offering a great deal to someone in need of a "real" drum set. This kit is a professionally hand made kit. It was made approx. 20 years ago with vintage ludwig hardware. It has maple shells and does have some scuffs on it from being moved around so much. Nothing major at all. The kit comes with all Evans heads. Genera G2 heads on all the Tom's with Evans hydraulic heads on the bottom. These drums tune easily and sound phenomenal. The bass drum has an Evans EQ4 batter and Evans EMAD resonant. All batter side heads show wear (nothing extreme, no holes, no dents) but are fully functional and can be played as is no worries. You also get a no name steel snare with a new hardly used Evans Super Tough head on it.

Drum Sizes: 14x4 Snare, 12x12 Tom, 13x13 Tom, 16x16 Floor Tom, 22x16 Bass Drum

The kit also comes with 2 yamaha Tom holders, a heavy-duty multi-clamp and 2 straight cymbal stands, one is new premier (i think) the other is vintage ludwig. The stands need felts and washers.

The batter side resonant hoop on the bass drum has pedal rash on it. No big deal and easily able to get replacement maple hoop on ebay if you so choose.

Former Eastern Block Czech Jolana Tornado (Silvertone-like) guitar w/ gig bag $200
Czech Silvertone like electric guitar from the 60's. Electronics are kind of like a Jaguar. All pickups work one of the preset switches not working and could you spraing out. The Czech Bigsby is great.

In 1963 Jolana produced its' first semihollow guitar, called Tornado. The guitars were made at the new Neoton plant at Hradec Kralove. The guitar had an immediate success and was followed by numerous modifications. The first was Graziela. Tornado and Graziela had both nearly the same body with four-bolt-on necks with rosewood or ebony fingerboards. Tornado had three single coils and Graziela had one or two. Tornado usualy had a bigsby-like tremolo system.  A couple of years lated even more semihollow models were made - Jolana Alexandra, Jolana Special, Jolana Rubin, Jolana Studio, and several others. all of them had similar construction and body shape, the differencies were in the hardware, headstock shapes and logos. Tornados were produced during the 60's and the 70's, alongside with other semihollow models.

Drum Kit has been played but is still in excellent shape. Has a couple of slight dings from light travel and normal use but is still a great looking kit. Drums have been taken care of and none of them have been dropped. Any blemishes are from hitting
hardware or normal use.

Cymbals are in great shape with only normal to light play and still have logos. Logos have worn off the hats.

Hardware is in like new condition except the Gibralters,they are in good shape but have some age to them. hi hat stand also has very slight rusting. Iron cobra has very light play. I mostly used the DW.

Cases are SKB Roto-X and are in good shape but need some work.
They have slight discoloration from paint removal and some padding could use to be reglued. All the wear on the cases
can be an easy fix. All straps and screws are still in great shape, they basically just look like they have seen some road time.

Im asking for $1200 obo. I dont have a camera so I know the pictures arent the best, but if youre interested email me and i will try to get some better ones to you.

Welcome to the CleanBOX II from ART! "Hum" in an audio system is often caused by loop effects which act like antennas. These loops can easily pick up a 60 Hz (or higher harmonics) hum transmitted by electrical wiring. Typically, these loops are connected via grounds, more commonly called "ground loops". The safest way to eliminate unwanted noise is with ART's CleanBOX II.
Some examples of Ground Loops:
The power ground of a synthesizer, connected to the signal ground of the synth, into a mixer's ground, then into a mixer's power ground.
