I am a twenty year old college student looking for housing for the upcoming spring semester. I am responsible, clean and my parents will be paying my rent so there is no worry there.
The perfect place would be somewhere between Nashville and Murfreesboro. I am looking for anything from a studio to a two bed, I would prefer one and a half baths, but one full bath is fine. I am really hoping to find a place with a backyard, preferably fenced in.

Hello there,

I'm moving to Nashville from Birmingham due to an acceptance of a new job. I'll be working in Hermitage, TN. It is just me, wife, and baby. (7 months old) We've had some difficulty looking as I just found out where exactly I'd be working (even though I've been training in Murfressboro for over a month), and we don't know the city here in Nashville at all. My wife can't find the time to haul the baby along on a six hour round trip drive, and I work 55 hours a week. So time to scour the streets for "For Rent" signs is hard to come by.

I'd love to have a house or maybe a duplex with at least two bedrooms, preferably three.
I'd love to be able to get a small dog to grow up with my son.
A backyard of some sort for my child to play in (preferably fenced in) would be ideal.
A safe neighborhood is a must. (Neighborhood, not busy highway)

We are looking for a smaller HOUSE to rent on a month to month basis, leaving with at least 2 months written notice. The cheaper the better, we are in money saving mode and know it's short term. I am in need of a quiet furnished bedroom and private bath from November 11 through December 11, 2009. Kitchen and laundry privledges would be appreciated. I would need the space through the week and not on weekends.
I am a mature responsible non-smoking male on a temporary work assignment in the Cookeville/Sparta area. Would also consider Livingston, Gainesboro, or Smithville areas. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Middle-age, professional couple wants an apartment/condo/townhouse/house in the Barfield area of Murfreesboro. We would need at least a 12-month lease, and are looking to pay between 700 - 875/month, depending on size and which, if any, utilities are included. We have one small, clean, well-behaved little indoors cat, and no children. We are willing to pay a pet deposit, but the presence of our beloved cat is not negotiable. We expect to be in this area and renting for at least the next two or three years - if you want to sell your condo next year when the market improves, we are not the right tenants for you. A garage would be a big plus, but isn't required. We can move in any time between now and December 1.

My band is looking for a place to practice. Half of the band is in south nashville/brentwood area and the other half is at MTSU. Any location near either place is fine.

We want to leave our drums and equipment set up. Just want to practice twice a week. Something like tues and sun from 7 - 10pm.

Willing to set up a monthly payment plan, like renting an apartment. (less than $150 a month preferrably)
