I am a twenty year old college student looking for housing for the upcoming spring semester. I am responsible, clean and my parents will be paying my rent so there is no worry there.
The perfect place would be somewhere between Nashville and Murfreesboro. I am looking for anything from a studio to a two bed, I would prefer one and a half baths, but one full bath is fine. I am really hoping to find a place with a backyard, preferably fenced in.
I have one dog, he is a little under fifty pounds, well cared for, well behaved and taken for walks three or usually more often a day. I have no problem with pet deposits. I am not trying to pay more then $800 a month, I will consider anything, but obviously the lower the rent the happier I'll be.
I will not be able to move in until January 1, but I am willing to pay a deposit up front and possibly first months rent.
