Hello there,

I'm moving to Nashville from Birmingham due to an acceptance of a new job. I'll be working in Hermitage, TN. It is just me, wife, and baby. (7 months old) We've had some difficulty looking as I just found out where exactly I'd be working (even though I've been training in Murfressboro for over a month), and we don't know the city here in Nashville at all. My wife can't find the time to haul the baby along on a six hour round trip drive, and I work 55 hours a week. So time to scour the streets for "For Rent" signs is hard to come by.

I'd love to have a house or maybe a duplex with at least two bedrooms, preferably three.
I'd love to be able to get a small dog to grow up with my son.
A backyard of some sort for my child to play in (preferably fenced in) would be ideal.
A safe neighborhood is a must. (Neighborhood, not busy highway)

Obviously we all have our wishlists.. but if you have a property with a few of these items or all, please give me a call or email.

I'd like to pay closer to $850, but would be willing to go up to $1000 for the right property.
