Project: Building Green On A Budget Nashville!!

This meeting is for anyone interested in building green on a budget. I am looking for individuals with PR experience, grant writing experience and architectural experience.
The project would be to create a green (possibly completely off the grid) community of 6-8 houses in urban Nashville. The goal is to prove that any average American can go fully green now. To show anyone that it is not necessary to wait for products and building materials to become more "readily" available.
Obviously, this project is just in the planning stage. I am looking for a group not only brainstorm but also move this project forward.
