I am hosting a weight loss group at my house every thursday at 11 am. You can bring your kids with you. It is a short 45 min to an hour meeting. We have confidential weigh ins , you are welcome to share your weight each week, but do not have to....... It is 16.00 a month, or 4.00 a week. This is to cov er the cost for printing the materials you will get at each meeting. The first meeting is tomorrow, Thursday the 10th. If you are interested, please let me know. The total for the month of April is only 12.00! ! ! What a great way to lose weight and make friends! ! !
