What will I be selling?...Hundreds upon hundreds of BRAND NEW ITEMS at closeout yard sale prices. I also have a ton of used items available. If you're looking for the home with the most items to choose from (there will be THOUSANDS), it's worth your time to find my home buried at the end of a cul-de-sac in the back of the subdivision!
The Chapel Hills subdivision is holding a HUGE community yard sale this weekend, with 100 homes participating. Come see my stuff at 6am and the rest of the subdivision will begin at 7am.
Due to conflicts with my son's baseball, I'll need to close up early, so I'll be opening at 6am!

THE Craftsman 46" Riding Lawnmower IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR SALE!!!
Sears Sportcraft Boat (either 15' or 16') with tilt Trailer and 7.5HP Sears Sportcraft Motor. The boat is all aluminum. I'm not sure what year it is, but it LOOKS GREAT!!! It hasn't been used in several years, but there were no problems at all with it when it was last used. I can't find the plug, but I'm sure one can be purchased very inexpensively. The trailer is well built/good quality. It might need new wheels soon and I'm not sure if the electrical works or not. The motor hasn't been tested in about 5 years. I can't guarantee that it will work. It might work perfectly, or it might need some work. Asking $650 for everything.
