On Monday April 21, local Soul leaders Darnell Levine and Damien Horne will join forces to create a dual CD release show at Nashville’s Exit/In. After playing Nashville venues for a combined 9 years, both Darnell Levine and Damien Horne are set to reach beyond Nashville to the vast audience that awaits them both. Kanasas City's acoustic soul duo Scratch Track will open the night.


About The Artists:


DARNELL LEVINE takes root in jazz music but has since found his own sound that includes piano pop melodies and soulful acapella performances. The self proclaimed DIY singer/songwriter has completed his second studio release Journal Entries EP (released in the US on April 1st), and his voice alongside the unplugged songs shows why John Legend and Norah Jones should make room. DAMIEN HORNE doesn’t shy away from any style of music. Considered street pop/urban rock, Horne has been setting himself up for a huge year with weekly residencies at Fuel, The Rutledge, and currently 12th & Porter. He has worked his ways up the ranks of regional music communities like MuzikMafia, while playing alongside Bon Jovi, Robert Randolph, and Shemekia Copeland.
