I am placing my Beetle up for sale.
It's a 1972 air cooled VW Super Beetle that's in pretty good shape for a car that's 36 years old. I bought it in the winter to fix up and restore and have done a lot of work and made a lot of improvements to the car, I just simply don't have the time to work on it like I would like to anymore.
I have made the following upgrades to the car. Installed all 4 new dor panels Installed new chrome door handles on both doors
New brake shoes on all 4 wheels
New steel brake cables on both sides
New seat padding in the driver's seat and new custom seat covers on both front seats
New chrome tailpipes
Installed conversion kit and changed the engine from generator to alternator and removed the voltage regulator
Installed a radio
Have new rubber seals for the trunk lid and hood lid that have not yet been installed
Repaired the floor pans and battery tray with non corosive aluminum / steel alloy
New windshield wipers
Freshly packed wheel barrings
New cooling fan, pulley and fan belt
New battery
Repaired the tail lights and turn signals that were not working.

It does need a little work done to the engine, it is driveable as is but one of the spark plugs is not firing and I have not yet had the chance to chedk into that.

2001 VW Jetta GLX V6 135000 miles (Hermitage) $6600

I've decided to sell my 01 Jetta GLX

It's been a good car. I bbought it from my uncle in april 02 after his girlfriend had put about 1200 miles on it.

6 months ago I spent 2 grand replacing the timing chain, thermostat, plugs, wires, and a butt load of other stuff so I have been assured that it is in great running condition. I also put a new batter with a lifetime warranty in about 2 years ago. I put a new MAF sensor in about 3 years ago, which was about a 300 dollar repair. THe timing chain and MAF sensor are the main repairs that come up on these higher mileage VW's and I took care of that for you.

The tires are about 1 and 1/2 years old but one of them could stand to be replaced.

It has black leather, power moon roof, 17" alloy wheels, 2.8 V6 Engine, spoiler, 10 speaker sound system with am/fm/cd/cassette all factory VW.It has power seats that work fine...heated seats, cruise, woodgrain...every option available on Jettas in 01.

I got rear ended in it 3 years ago...so there is a small dent in the rear bumper (shown in Photo) and a tail light housing is cracked. THere is also a small ding in the rear driver quarter pannel..also shown in photos. I smoke, so the car has been smoked in and there are a couple of burns where we tried to ash out the sunroof (2 on each side) and there are a few scuffs in the leather where I tried to haul things that were too big. One of the headlights is dimmer than the other one because the lense is foggy for some reason. THere are also some scuffs on a couple of the rims from curb bumping

THe car has been driven...but I really dig it. I just decided to try to get something different.

also, if you want to make an offer, and you have a specific number in mind, ask me if I would consider it before you come drive it...I won't take that as a verbal contract, I just can't let it go for nothing so I don't want to waste your time.

The car is being sold for parts, it has no title. The car runs has a good engine and transmission. Last year i changed out the transmission with only 90K miles on it and also put in a new radiator, fan radiator, and new front brakes and some other parts. I have a 93 Lexus Es300 with working AC, good transmission, stereo. Car has sunroof, power windows, locks, cruise. I was driving the other day and the head gasket let go. If I could say a picture paints a thousand words it does for this truck. The one that it does not paint is that it only has 70,000 miles on it and it runs and drives great. There is a lot of power in this truck. It is a 4 speed manual transmission. It has AC but it is not working at the time. It was a government truck and they only drove it short distances. I bought it to take the bed off and put on my truck, so the bed is dented. The tail gate is the same color as the cab. My old tailgate did not work any more. I drove it for about 2 weeks while mine was being painted and did not have any troubles.
The paint is peeling off of the cab but, if you give this truck a good camo paint job it should last you for years. I believe it has a 360 motor in it. Just give me a call if you want to come check it out. 615-415-9229

97 KIA SEPHIA RACE/RACE SHOW.I have had this car for 5 years. its was my toy car. painted the interior 3 years ago white and red then did a couple things to the motor. the original motor blew so i bought another one with 20k miles. put it in myself and ran fine till last week when on the interstate it started acting up. now it starts but it runs rough. i bought the motor for 175 from a junk yard and it had a short waranty. To be honest i dont want to mess with the car anymore since i have another car.
500 FIRM.
the good:
-engine bay is in mind condition
-tires are almost new
-car never gave me problems
-no rust
-straight body
-runs and drives

the bad
-engine runs rough

this kia was also known as one of the fastest kia's in nashville. Also it was voted ride of the month on a popular kia website.if u have a good mechanic or you are a mechanic yourself this shouldn't be hard to fix.
